Cooling Fans

97 Accord SE 2.2 , 370,000 kms..
Cooling fans not cooming on... ran 12 v to fans, they work... could the senors cause this? where else should i look? anyone know how to test the senors?
there are 2 of them...one on the thermostat housing and the other on the front pipe..

Check the relays

i had switched the window with the cooling, since they are the same and no difference...also the a/c doesn't engage the fan motor any more...any other relays i should look for? and where would they be?

I don't know on the '97. On an earlier model they were mounted to the inside of the left fender.
