How would I go about switching the cabling over on my 95 civic (DX sedan) so that when I lock/unlock the car... it flashes the blinkers (hazards) instead of the stage 1 headlight things...
It's currently operating on:
-AutoLoc Power Lock Kit
-K-9 Mundial 2 Keyless/Security System
Help would be much appreciated.

Not sure what you mean. Answer this, when the alarm is triggered off, what lights flash?

Originally, they used to be the lights if you'd turn your headlight switch to the first setting... not all the way on... i want the blinkers to go off (i think they look cooler). However, I blew a fuse on those lights and had to replace it... since then... nothing blinks...

Ok so you want to have the headlights to be the only thing that blinks?

OK and now what blinks? All of the lights?

Okay...
as of now... nothing blinks... but the headlights (stage one--corners and tails) are sposed to blink
the fuse for the stage one lights shorted a while back and when i replaced it, then it hasnt blinked. the lights work otherwise
however, i really dont care about getting those lights back to blinking... i'd rather my hazards/blinkers blink... hope that helps.

OK, well I'd just hook your light output from the alarm to the hazards. I'd test the alarm's output to make sure it even works. Those K-9 alarms are one of the worse alarms to have.

Yeah, I'm discovering that now... it just isnt that great... I might pull it out and get a CrimeStopper.
But would moving the wiring to the hazards make it work? Is that what you're saying?

Yeah well, I wouldn't go for the CrimeStopper unit either unless you are just wanting something that makes noise and has keyless. I'd pick a better one like the Python 900 I am selling on here but obviously it'd me more money.

Yes if the output of the alarm still is working properly. Also, you gotta check what the output actuall is. Is it - or + and also the same for the trigger of the hazards
