Help w t3/t4 install.

1st eclipse I've ever owned and the turbo blew after 2 days. I have a 97 gst and tried to replace it myself with limited funds. So i turned to ebay, bought a kit for $600 headers lines and new turbo 47mm wastegate and no directions. Can anyone help. Should I just sell it and by a OEM or something I can just replace?

Can you bring it back to the owner ? it only 2 day, he might give you some money back.

Does it have SSAUTOCHROME stamped in the side?

Most turbos are $600 or more bro and in this shit, you get exactly what you pay for. ssautochrome is xspower. I guess they arent as bad as everyone says but 9 times out of 10 the turbo needs to be rebuild when you get it

Yes, I think that we all have come to the conclusion that anything from ssautochrome/xs power is crap EXCEPT their FMIC kit.

my friend bought a ssautochrome turbo for shits and giggles and when he got it the compressor wheel was rubbing on the housing and there was shaft play up the ass but he rebuilt it and made 400whp on a 98 eclipse gs
