Hope you never have to use it. What if it goes off prematurely sometime while your driving? That could kind of ruin your day. lol

If you look at the first photo, you will see a large pin through the FIRE handle.
That pin prevents the cable from being pulled/activated.
In case of a fire, you pull the pin and yank the handle.
The instructions indicate leaving the pin out while racing so you have one less step in the event of a fire, but I do not think I will be doing that.

There is a second pin on the actually lever line, but that is a pain to get to.

The only risk of the system going off when you do not intend it to is from an ignorant person walking by.

Koolness. I was thinking about getting one fore my truck for all that hard core racing i do but i figured if it blows ill go out in a flameing ball of glory and a huge law suit with ford...lol.

That shit is cold, if yo ever have to use it you aint having children.
