Air Bag Light Flashing

Has anybody had their Air Bag warning indicator flash them. My Air Bag warning indicator gives me two flashes pause then seven more flashes. I';m juust wondering if any of the ford mechanics out there know why this would be happening. The truck is a 1999 F150 extended cab pick up.

Mine just started 2 days ago. I'm getting a series of 4 flashes. I'm hoping someone can break the code. According to the owners manual it could be an number of items but I also would like to go to the dealer armed with information.

sounds like a clockspring just replaced mine in a 94 f 150

The dealer told me its probably the switch, it's only done this for a week now. I had the switch off for three years but my son and wife are big enough to not nbe hurt by it so I turned it back on. Also got an ABS light on now too. Monday I can hopefully get these issues resolved. Thanks for the reply.

LFC 27/DTC B1884 — Passenger Air Bag Deactivation (PAD) Warning Lamp Inoperative
More than likely it is just the switch or the light in the switch. it is for the circuit to the light for passenger side airbag.
