Rear temp controls an audio

I was wondering if there was something special about the rear audio controls? I have the rear temp controls, but not the audio. Are the wires tucked up in the headliner like they were for the front overhead console? Would getting the conrols and plugging them in work, or is there something else? Do I need a different radio? Thanks
