98 Ram Headlight problem

My headlights do not work at all. The parking lights will come on when I pull out the light switch and that is it. Also the high beam indicator on the dash stays on all the time, even after the truck has been turned off. I cannot find anything in my owners manual that helps. I would really appreciate some advice.

maybe your bright switch is bad. does it click when you try to turn your brights off or no. if not then maybe the bright switch itself went bad causing you to lose your brights and unable to "click" them back to dims. Its just a guess. I d/k how hard it would be to get at under the dash though.
