Ask me about the pics if you have any questions or can't make something out... Sorry for the poor quality of some of the pics. :( I'm not known for my photographic prowess...
Enjoy! :D
BTW, I bought two kits:
Tamiya FC RX-7 (24060) (Didn't know it had engine detail! :))
Tamiya first-gen RX-7 (24016) (didn't know it came with the motor... )

Thanks for the pics! :D
I've built Tamiya's RX-7 (kit 24060) when it first came. IIRC it was a great kit. Still have the model, and I'd love to make it again, although this time maybe the RX-7 Cabrio :D

ive seen the truck version before it looks like the hasegawa VW truck but im not sure friends of mine bought the bus and hacked into a truck

Tamiya recently released that i havent been able to score one yet and i belive that car was sectioned because the headlights are closer to the ground

It was a set with that robot model. Lots of the robot elements were on the car, too, and the head of the robot was in the driver's seat. Kinda like a transformer... :)

Nope... :( I'm fairly sure it's the GT kit street-izized....

http://www.automotiveforums.com/scalemodeling/SoCalClassic/DCP01140.JPGI think Lownslow's right. IIRC, it's a rerelease of an older Hasegawa kit.

Laurent Just for the record, none of those are mine. :( This was all from a model car show/contest

Was it a lowrider meeting? :D Actually, the lowrider model scene is HUGE here in So Cal, and they had like 3 difference classes of lowriders... I really kinda glossed over them to make sure I got pics of everything this board would be interested in first. I should have at least snapped a long shot of the whole table...

Someone tell me anymore about this one ???:flash: :flash: :flash: You're in luck! :) I know that guy that did that. It's Mike who works at Pegasus. What do you want to know? It was painted the light metallic blue, a color from "Ultra-Color," I think. Then he said he used pre-cut masks for the designes on the hood, roof and sides, and then sprayed it with (I think) a Tamiya spray... He had blacked out the glass from inside to make it a curbside, but then he decided to go for a silver tint, so he sprayed it with Alclad from the ourside. It turned out really good. He told me where he got the fron and rear diffusers, but I forgot. I'll ask him again, if you like.
BTW, the kits I bought were $10 and $5, respectively. I saw a bunch of stuff in the swap meet section; almost anything you can think of. I saw the resin A4 touring car kit.... It looks SO awesome. They also had the resin M3 GTS transkit and the Cadillac LMP car kit. Man, those looked fantastic.
