I have a 2000 grand caravan, and none of the lights on the top row are working, not the turn signals, brights or anything. Anyone have any idea what the problem could be?

Try going under the hood in the fuse and relay center above the battery and find the fuse labeled IOD and pull that for like 3 minutes and then reinsert , this will reset the bcm which controls most of that stuff, sometimes this fixes stuff like that . Let us know how you make out...

Try to get your hand somewhere up around the back of the instrument cluster and wiggle the wiring a bit. Some people have been having problems with bad solder joints on the printed circuit board that is on the back side of the cluster.
