2000 ranger air bag light

The airbag light in the panel flashes. Through this forum, I find I'm not the only one who has experienced this problem. The key switch to turn the passanger airbag on/off is lighted. The light is burned out and I need to replace it. I know I can pick up a new bulb at Radio Shack, but does anyone know the procedure to remove the key switch module?
