just registered, cool site, i liked the modeling forum, i used to build some models of motoGP/500GP bikes and rally cars, but not anymore.

Hi SeiG, Exceptional work. Is this your hobby or do you make some kind of living at it? When you say pastel, is this a pastel pencil? I ask because of the sharpness of the lines. What type of paper do you use that will take markers that well and still have enough tooth for pastel? On your first piece, the Yamaha grand prix bikes, what size are you working with?
Once again, very nice work, I hope to see more of it.

Thanks glad you like it :) .

its a hobby but sometimes I get some orders.
Pastels are just pastels, not pencil pastels..
its copic markers on copic paper.
All color ones are small ( A4 - like a magazine page ) .

Copic markers. I want to try drawing with color penclis coz im getting fed up with markers, and hope to get some little advice from you when i start :)

venom: Im not really interested in designing cars, so i just draw the existing bikes/cars . :)

I figure since you want to start using pencils and I cant afford copics right now maybe we can help eachother out. The pencils retail at around $150 USD (a little more depending on where you get them). Hope to hear from you soon.

thank you for ur offer, but ... If i wanna start using color pencil it doesnt mean that i wanna completely stop using markers .. :) .. even if i would, we'd spend crazy money on shipping these things ( i live in Russia ) ... I guess I'll have to go and buy a 120set of polychromos.
