My first loss

Well i finally found a good driver paired with a crazy fast car. I was just sitting at a stop light waiting for it to turn green on some back road. When i hear the devil pull up next to me i look over my eyes get huge and my jaw hangs open. Its a WS6 i was shocked i look at the driver id say he was twentyish. He looks over and smiles. he says
Him: arent you a little young to be out here by yourself?
Me: i come back "Arent you a little old to be that cocky?"
Him: chuckles "Maybe.Wanna be the first victim tonight?"
Me: "Sure i was looking to get some form of race"
Him: "Ill honk"
Race.
He Starts to honk. I hold my break a little take the rpms to 1.5k. Im sweating bullets hoping he gets screwed a little by the slightly wet road. 3rd honk im off the break and all over the throttle i got my foot buried in the asphault. I spin a little and hook (thank god for new tires) he spins a bit more and i get a nose on him. He hooks and i see a black blur and i get destoryed. He slows down and i follow him to the hangout spot around here.
Him:Well you hooked better so i'll give you that
Me:Ya thats all i did before i became a sitting duck. Is it a stock WS6?
Him: Yes only thing is that there Falken tires and an exhaust.
Me *i drool* Falkens ive wanted them for my Avenger for awhile now
Him:Yeah the got good grip. *he starts his car* Thanks for the race vengie but i got to go more hunting to do.
Me: Go get them trucks and grand prixs
Him:*nods burns some rubber and leaves*
I start my car and i head home a little proud just for my short lead. Thinking "Time to get something faster"

I would not even of bothered because I know that any WS6 would blow my doors off haha. I usually just pick on cars my own size.

Well im gonna keep the avenger as a daily driver.He beat me by like a couple bus lengths. But im gonna get a mustang 5.0 or 70 something camaro. So that evens things up.
The for the 5.0 is coming along ok i have found a couple for 1000$ to 1500$ that are in good condition.
My most memorable wins in my avenger was when i raced a 5 speed avenger that had race fuel,Exhaust,chip,race tires and wheels, and intake.

^^^ Unless he had a high compression engine he was wasting his money on race fuel. All it does is prevent pre detonation on HC motors and will only make his car run hotter. Thats money pissed down the toilet.

Some dude thought my car was an avenger... then he thought it was a stealth... Of course the same guy thought his 4L V6 Ford Ranger could win against my car in a race... Anyway nice loss.

^^ I remember that. Didnt you race a T/A and beat him then he couldnt believe he lost to an avenger?
