b16a4 swap problem

my friend installed b16a4 engine model 96 but his car is 92 dx. compelet swap harnes and ecu and auto tranny . but it did not start. the macanic man say it not start because the ecu has lock code that will not make the car start unless use the orignal key which came with the engine. so how can i cancel that lock code ?

use an odb1 b16 ecu.

is there are any way to cancel this key lock and use the obd2 ?
