Auto shop software recomendation wanted

Can anybody here recommend some good auto shop software. I've been using Auto Shop Controller from http://autoshopcontroller.com/ (http://autoshopcontroller.com/) but it's buggy and I'm ready to change to something else.

My shop has been using AutoShop Controller since 2003 and find this product excellent. We do update our software every year with the company and find them very responsive when something does happen. My shop has gone through two other software packages and have found them to be a mess. One company disappeared and the other seems to do it on the side. I'm not sure what issue's you have but be sure you are using version 10.2 or the newest version 11. Call them, see what you can work out.

Using various software packages to run my business I have realized that what makes a software company good is their ability to answer the phone and quickly correct an issue. (All software companies have issues..don't be fooled by a fast talking salesman). Some companies I just don't bother to call becaus I get stroked. AutoShop Controller is my choice from the product itself to the company. This is a winner...Give it a try.

We use All Data. I haven't really used any thing else except ADP at Honda but that doesn't count.
