Hi there,
I don't post much, but I've found a lot of awesome info on this site... in any case, I've had a nagging problem with my 95 rodeo for sometime... I get alot of wind noise either when there's high winds or when I'm travelling at high speeds (75+)... In any case, I figured the weather stripping was shot, so I added a bunch to both the front door jams, only to find it slightly improved the situation... Upon closer inspection, I found that the lower door hinges were wearing out, leading to some play/movement with the door, which could explain why it's loose during high speeds/winds... here are some pix below... I'm not sure if u can see it, but on the lower hinge, the lowest part of the jointthat holds the hinge rod has worn out. Any suggestions? My best guess is to head to a dismantling yard in hopes to find a left and a right hinge...

Is the hinge itsself worn or just the bushings. If its just the bushings check http://isuzufaq.ibctech.ca/#faq35
If the whole hinge is bad then salvage yard is your best option.

wow, i didn't think of that, let me take a better picture and check it out again to see if it is indeed the bushings.
