Looks like the radiator itself cracked and thats where the steam/coolant is coming from. You'll probably need a new radiator to fix it. Pretty common on those plastic tanked radiators as the a/c condensor hangs off of it on 4 little plastic mounting clips. Its a strain on the radiator every time you hit bumps or shake it in general...they tend to crack right around where the condensor hangs on that mounting spot. New radiator shouldnt be that expensive and its not too hard to install...maybe a couple hours.

Not web sites, but the procedure is pretty straight forward. You have to pull the intake boot assembly off. Remove the radiator plastic cover that has your ID stickers and crap on it. Remove the upper and lower radiator hoses, the overflow tank tube, and the transmission lines. Youll also have to pull the electrical connectors off the fans and remove the fans as well. After that it should lift right out. Reverse the procedure to install. The tricky part at the end is bleeding the cooling system. Once its back full of coolant/water mix, you have to open a bleeder screw somewhere inline above all the other radiator hoses...should be pretty visible probably on the passenger side. It will be a little crew in a metal tri-way tube looking piece mroe than likely. You screw the bleeder open a couple turns while filling the radiator until it comes out of that screw...itll bubble out when all the air is out. After that make sure the radiator is full and cap it off. Fire it up and make sure it doesnt overheat and youre golden. I would replace the radiator hoses though especially since it overheated a little a couple times and because the miles are up there. Good luck.

how ya'll doin today?
Sick. Missed a couple hours of work because I left early.
New tires showed up today...will have them home tomorrow afternoon around 4 PM my time (MST).
Erdal, the radiator install isn't too bad. If you have a friend or someone that can help it will be much easier.
Make sure to drain it and take your time.
Good luck!!

you are lucky that you did not hurt any thing els letting it be tha hot, and if it is leaking and you drove it, it might be running dry. Check fluid befor you drive it again, i would not drive i at all or start it untill u get it fixed.
