air ride and steering

was wondering if there is any componant that might link these two together i been having power steering problems where i dont get full power and i cant adjust it from the display also i just notice that my ride seams very hard and if i change it from the display it stays hte same , i had one wierd thing happen when i went to change the steering setting it gave me the listing for the ride , and for the ride listed the steering options so i am wondering maybe my problem might be linked threw some electric componant oh this is on a 1996 lincoln continental , 1 other thing what is the differance between the anniversary and the spinmaker and how can i tell the two apart ? thank you in advance
