97 achieva power windows problem

I have a 97 Achieva that neither side power window will roll down. Checked the fuse, that wasn't it as it disabled the sunroof as well when removed. Checked the relays on the passenger firewall and I couldn't really get a response out of any of those when toggling the window switches. I've read a few posts regarding windows control modules but I'm curious if each door has it's own, and how likely both would be to fail at the same time. Both windows stopped working at exactly the same time so I thought maybe a relay was to blame. Also, does anyone know the cost of the WCM if that is indeed the problem. AutoZone couldn't even find a part called the WCM for it. Thanks in advance!
