99 I30 ACS light and check engine light on

Can someone please help. I have a 99 I30 and the ACS light came on and wont turn off.Even when I press the button to turn off. Now the car shakes a little when I drive.The ACS is shown being off. Can someone help or give suggetions on what can I do for this problem? Also the check engine light has been on and off. What can be the problem?

- Run self tst to Diagnose the problem. Autozone does that for free, take that but not always the ad vice. (shake: plugs, coilpacks, injectors?)
