wheel specs for a 99 cv

I would like to know what the wheel offset for stock rims is on a 99 vic, also what is the width of the 16" wheel? I am looking at aftermarket wheels and the one's I am looking at come with a -12mm offset and are 16x8 or 17x9. Thanks for any info you can give me.

The oem wheels are 16 x 7 inches. Can't remember the offset, but it's more than 12mm.
