Tune Up ? after winter

1st How come i cant find a store online that sells the shifter bushings for a 96 cav, or is there just no such thing, and also how often is it recommened to change out the tranny fluid, and then what are some good things i can do to tune up or just clean up and make sure my cav keeps running strong (after winter and on a cav with 315000 km)

Tranny fluid doesent have to be changed very often, im not sure the exact km's but its a fair amount, if u check it it should be a clearer orange, if it looks grimey you could give it a change. Man thats a niccce cavalier, i love black with the spoilers! :) [nice brake lights too] Good luck :)
