Replacing gas door cover on 1996 T&C

Can someone tell me how to replace the gas door cover. The hinge piece broke. Can I do it from outside, or do I have to get at it from the interior. Also, where can I buy one.

did you ever get this resoloved? I'm trying to replace mine (02 caravan) and don't know if i need to go thru the l/r wheelwell or inside trim

No not yet. i still don't now how to remove it
