LIM 2001 GT 3.4 fuel rail question

I'm doing my LIM gasket and I'm having trouble removing the fuel rail. The Haynes manual says it should pull right out, but that doesn't seem to work. It's 3:00 in the morning, and maybe I'm just to tired to give it enough umph. Any suggestions?

Welcome to AF!!
As the manual says it should pull out easily by grasping it and pulling straight out. You may have to use a little side to side motion but otherwise it should come out easily.
