a/c works sometimes

My a/c doesn't always work. It's sporadic. It works more often then not. I know my compressor works because when it turns on I hear it. It seems like when I press the a/c button it isn't telling the compressor to turn on. The light turns green but nothing happens. So I'll wait awhile then I'll try again, then it may or may not turn on. Frustrating.

Bring it to a dealer or A/C shop, most likely your charge is low or there is a problem with the low pressure sensor on one of the A/C lines.

I had the same problem. My compressor clutch was malfunctioning. Once it was replaced, it worked fine.
