I nEED HELP WITH A TURBO KIT

Hey Guys i need help with a simple turbo list, of what i need i, bought a gs 2.0 with the 4g63 non turbo, but i want to turbo it, if any of yall can give me a list of what i need, to turbo my 2.0 i would greatly apriciate it.

You need a GS-T or a GSX.;) but seriously why go through all of the BS to turbo that motor when for the money it would cost you, you could probably buy another complete DSM that is already turboed. So I say sell it and go buy a turbo DSM. :thumbsup:

buy a 4g63t and swap the motors

I thought all you would need is the turbo, exhaust mani, and fuel upgrades. Sure the compression would be different, but it should still be good.

well there are a few differences like internals arent as strong, different cams, no oil jets higher comp ect

Ya, I know that, I'm just saying that he wants to know what he needs to boost a 4g63 nt. It's basicly the same setup with a few differences.

Not positive, but I think the rods are he same turbo to nt, its just the higher compression pistons and turbo cams.

I sure hope Shpyder sees this shortly. There is a sticky in the performance section that tells you everything. Search if needed.

Pretty much just save your money and buy an already boosted one. and then sell the one you have and bam! thats your turbo upgrade kit :)

lol umm.... yeah, sell the piece... and get a Boosted DSM??? or read the sticky that says "turbing a GS/RS read this" thread... DUH!!!

You need a turbo, exhaust manifold, iner cooler piping, incooler, intake, oil lines, blow off valve. that the basics. boost gauge and turbo timer if you serious about it.

dont make it complicated... you need a turbo kit W/ BOV... haha
