I drove my 92 buick century 3.3l special edition to the gas station and it ran out at the pump. I ran it by using starter fluid (ether) but it still would not pick up the fuel I had just put in it. I checked the fuel pump and it works finebut it seems the fuel injectors are not giving it any fuel. I checked my fueses and they are all ok inj/coil fuse. I can't figure out where to go from here I can't find out if it has other components like fuel pressure regulator or where it would be located etc. whats up anybody?

What is the pressure at the rail? How do you know the pump works and is delivering fuel and pressure to the rail?

OK,
No one has much to say so let me say this. I think it is a problem with the injector relay switch, only I don't know where the darn thing is located. There are 4 relay switches kind of next to the radiator oppisite of the battery (passenger side) they look like they may be some sort of relays only I don't have a clue wich one would be the injector relay. When I turn the engine over my brother checked the injector connections for any sort of electrical pulse and found none.Could this be the problem? Anybody?
Thanks

There should be 12v to the injectors, they are then grounded or pulsed by the pcm to allow fuel to be sprayed into the cylinder, see if you have 12v to to the injectors if none check the fuses.

I checked every fuse I could find in the car, mabye I checked the injectors wrong. I turned on the key and put the red probe on the red and black wire and the black probe on the blue wire. Should I have grounded the black probe to the engine block or somewhere else? Also If it does have 12 volts and all the fuses are ok does that mean my pcm or computer is bad? what about the injector relay switch or is there such a thing if so where is it located?
Thanks

Ground the lite to the block not the other injector wire. A noid lite should really be used to check for pulse at the injector.

What and where is the PCM? Is it a Pulse comtrol module? Is it the onboard computer? Is there a way to take out the computer and have it checked? What are those relay looking things next to the radiator? Please help, this car gets 25 mile to the gallon when it's running but right nos I have to drive my wifes truck, 15 MPG!!!!!

My pump went out in my 94 V-6, yet it still would spray fuel out of the rail. Put a pressure gauge on it and make sure it puts out at least 35+ psi. Mine only put out 5 psi.

Is your check engine soon light on?
There are 3 inline fuses which are hidden back inside the dashboad back and to the rear of the inside fuse box. I found out that at least one of these will cause multiple problems because it interrupts power to some sensors and the AC control relay. To get to these to look at them, you have to remove the glove compartment, fuse box, and then dig around behind the panel. The inline fuses are taped to the wiring harness and may be completely concealed with black electrical tape.
My car was showing 4 error codes (I paid Pep Boys $20 to read them for me). the GM dealership wanted $85) and of course the check engine light was on.
