Tranny Question

dumb question but my honda hasa d16z6 engine and i got a b16 5spd tranny,clutch,hole swap for it for free in my building..would the tranny bolt up to the engine since they are both 1.6's? i told my brother d series and b series probley wont mix but he said "dururur there both 1.6's" plz help me!!lol
