Hello everyone. I am new to the forum. I own an '85 524td. I never really thought about the car that much until I started doing a few minor repairs on my own. Now I am hooked. I love the car, and I want to do as much as I can with it.

I'm sure you'll find a wealth of info on here and the BMW members are a cool bunch!!

I'll be grateful if anyone will tell me the model name and model year of the BMW that has exposed chrome pipes coming out of the engine on both sides of the car. Thank you.
