QLD Speeding Ticket

hey im just wondering if theres any luck in taking this to court, i was handed a speeding ticket wen merging lanes but had to speed up and overtake another car further up due to someone almost hitting me while merging, anyway the cop said he saw me trying to merge and wrote out the ticket 104km/h in an 80 zone but he did not right any points in the identifying particulars like my last fine.... so do i still lose points or was he being lenient?

You will still loose the points, the Police do not have to tell you how many points you lose. Expect a letter in the mail if you have nearly lost all of your points. It will outline how many points you have left and tell you to drive responsibly...

ah, damn that kinda sucks, speed up or crash lol owell guess i will juss wear the points and go onto one point probation, cops just HATE skyline drivers
