In that other thread, I posted common codes - and while it is by no means an all-inclusive list, it should help with some of the common ones.
The first code is 13, followed by 21 and then 24. Last one isn't a code, or it isn't a complete code.
Code 13 indicates a problem with the EGO sensor circuit - check to ensure your oxygen sensor lead is hooked up to the harness and it isn't shorting against the exhaust manifold. You might need a replacement oxygen sensor.
Code 21 indicates a problem with the throttle position sensor - this is on the driver's side front of the carb, under the accelerator pump. It has wires coming out of it. If these wires are not hooked up, you'll get this error. You can also get this error with a bad TPS - this will entail disassembly of the carb to replace.
Code 24 indicates Vehicle Speed Sensor - this is attached to the back of the speedometer and has a 3-wire cable connected to it. You generally get this error if the speedometer does not work (i.e. bad cable, siezed cruise control head, etc).

You should be getting a 12 (one long/pause/two shorts) at the beginning and end of the code reading.
