my 94 W-code shows it is running at 215 to 230 on the guage'digital dash. the computer reads 190-200. replaced the rad, temp sensor, temp sender fan clutch, thermostat-stant 190. cant figure it out heat is fine, just shows it is hotter than it is. any help?

Stick a thermometer in the radiator to find out which gauge is correct. Coolant temperature should indicate approximately 50 degrees cooler by the time the coolant reaches the radiator cap. Temperature at the heater registers should be approximately the same thing. You probably have a faulty dash gauge.

Which sender did you replace? You have one for the gauge and one for ECM.

i replaced both sensors, radiator, cap (15 psi), fan clutch, and the thermostat (190). didnt see any bubbles, not loosing any coolant that i can see, timing is maybe 1 or 2 degrees off though.
