buzzing sound when i start my car!!

when i try and start my car sometimes only sometimes my car just makes this loud buzzing noise and it sounds like its coming from the dash kind by the turbo timer...and i just have to turn it off and try again over and over till it starts...can u help me guys???

you have a short somewhere. I had the same sound on my car when the intercooler was installed. Mine was fucking weird though, if I had my headlights on and turned the car off, the car would stay running until I turned my headlights off. That was fucking weird, found the short where the intercooler piping was, fixed it.

You sure the starter isn't going out?

thats the first thing i thought it was but it wasnt the noise u usually get when the starter is goin out...usually its just a little clicking noise...i guess ill just wait and see...thanks
