steering problems

my 94 ex coupe is having problems with its front end. Whenever im on the highway the car shakes at certain speeds(70-75) and when i go over bumps the car bounces around. However if im driving around in town the car handles much better at slower speeds but it just pulls to the left because my steering wheel is off centered. What could the problem be? im thinking i might need new shocks, a wheel alignment, and maybe tie rods.

as you see my singnutre my english is not perfect. but i will try to help you what to do as i do in that case. i go to the man who mend the tyre and he catch out every wheel and put it on a machine to measure the error in the wheel and he fix the error by pasteing small metal piece inside the wheel then try that thing with every wheel then replug the wheels. then try the car and you will find every thing is ok. if the problem still. that mean your tyre is bad have many curves in it and you have to change the damage tyre.
