I'm new & I could use some help. Where is the location of the Emissions Maintenance switch? So that I can reset it & turn off the " Service Engine Light".:)

I'm grown ol an now need even more hlp...
Reset ECU by taking batt cable off for ½hour. Doesnt help if there somewhere is a real continuous faulty signal to ECU.
Whattodo:
- read this forum, use seek -feature
- read the error codes, (go to free code-read at autozone?) try to figure out whattodo, (=dont listen autozone salesmen).
- Educate uself by reading your Service manual; seek clic clic seek "Favorite Links", below. If u follow clic the links and read, Quite possibly you'll grow ol and wise and then, no need of help?

In most cases if you have check engine light on, there is usually a fualt in the system . You need to see what code it is, and address it.
