Car makes kind of a grinding noise when turning. Noise is coming from the driver's side front tire and I really only notice it when I am turning left. Noise happens at a lower speed of course whether I am braking or not. Car doesn't make any noise when traveling a straight path. Wheel speed sensor problem?? Thanks

Look at the tire for cupping, focus on the inside tread if ok could be a wheel bearing.

Wheel bearings will usually squeal, sounds like a balljoint or CV joint.

I second the CV joint. Either cut your wheels sharp to one side or the other or jack it up and inspect the CV boots. If they are torn then they have probably threw their grease and you are now rubbing metal on metal, making the grinding noise. At this point, you would have to replace them since they've been grinding.

Thanks for all the input. Will have to show hubby the posts. At this point and time the car is just sitting around. Son will be driving it in July after he gets his license. Thank you again!!

It was the wheel bearing / speed sensor part that was replaced and works perfectly. Thanks!!
