shaving doors?

I have a sedan and I was thinkin how it would look with shaved door handles and moldings, all nice and clean. Why not take it a step further and permanently seal the rear doors shut? It would be sweet if you could somehow construct a rear door pannel with no window. It would just be all smooth. I have never seen this done before, and I think it wouldn't look all that bad. Has anyone else seen/heard of this?

actually I was thinking about doing that. I've been fixing up this old mazda to put in a car show and at one time I thought about shaving only the rear handles and welding the rear doors closed and making it look like there is no doors there. I was only going to do that if I built a speaker box where the rear seat is. I decided not to do that cause I was going to build the custom box in the trunk and I thought it might be goofy without the box there. But I think that would be a sweet idea for someone to actually do. I say go for it. :)

oh yeah, and I believe it is illegal to shave your door handles in most states because if you were in an accident and paramedics or firemen needed inside your vehicle they couldn't get in. So you might want to check on the laws about that in your area and do so at your own discretion. :)

I've seen trucks where the liscence plate is recessed in the tailgate, and it is off to one side and cocked at an angle. It looks sick.

I know of someone with a 94 civic four door. It's all shaved nice paint and everything. He also has the back doors welded and shaved shut. It looks bad as hell and the body lines are really clean
