Front or rear? Rear you access through the trunk, fold the back seat down and crawl in with the trunk open for light. Front you have to take the door panels off, 5 screws along the bottom one by the arm rest, don't forget to disconnect the power lock switch, pull the panel out and up. Front speakers are a funky design in 95, good luck matching them.

If the 95 was setup as dumb as the 93, the speakers actually drop in from the top of the rear deck instead of in the trunk. In order to get them out, you need to remove the rear side panels/seat and the rear deck. When you install the new speakers, get some speed clips and screw the speakers in from the trunk side. Save you a lot of time the next time you want to pull them out.

93 and up drop in from the top of the rear deck.

Like swalt said, install the new one from underneath, you'll be able to get a bigger speak(6x9 instead of 5x7(or 4x6)) in this way.
