Obx Lsd

What do you guys think of the OBX LSD. Please only people who have experience with this part give input. I was wondering who has used this part or knows somebody who has used it, and what you think of it. It is a very well priced LSD and would just like input from anyone who has tried it.

Yeah I saw those. They are way too all over the place. Some guys say they suck and others say they are great. Some say fitment problems some say fit fine. Just wanted to get some input from the guys on this forum.

Thats the thing. OBX can not make a consistant product. I have seen one LSD look great, clearances are great, fitment is great. Then, the next one has cracked washers, burs on the casting, and look like a waste of metal.

When i talked to the reps from OBX at the PRI show in florida they didnt say much about casting problems probably trying to protect themselves. Ive owned several OBX parts, header, intake, exhausts. The parts they had at the show where nice looking then again every brings the best parts they have to these trade shows. I never had fitment issues like many have said but one thing is with castings from any company is that its never consistant, different amounts of impurities in the metal, casting pressures, air pockets and such. Im planning on getting one for my accord unless i can get a hold of a JDM trans. They looked nice at the show but theres one thing for sure its not a quaife, or a phantom grip. Not bad for under 500 though.
