sleepy eye, trying to fix

so some one tried the sleeply eye look on my 240 that i just got, they cut the brown wire, i fixed that, but the head lights stay all the way up, i can turn them off but they still stay up. i do know the motor will let the go down. is there another wire some one could of cut some where? any ideas what they where up to?

Have you tried using the actual dash controls to put the headlights up and down? There are 2 places...

yes i have tried that, that is where the brown wire was cut at.

Yes i know but did you try the stick also b/c on the third click it will raise the headlights (all the way back to the first click will put them down)

turn headlights on. flip em up. then double tap the headlight button like a mouse until you get the desired position.

no sometimes the wire color is different on the model. My 240 needed the light green wire cut instead of the brown. Try that once.
