I'm adding a supercharger and eventually exhaust to my car. With all of the added horsepower, what kind of strain will this put on my transmission, flywheel, rear axle suspension? Do I need to upgrade any of them? Last thing I want to do is twist an axle. But if I did, that'd be badass :) I heard that I didn't have to do anything to any of the above listed systems, but i'd like to double check.

I have an 04 Z roadster.

Anyone know what kind of HP/torque numbers i'll be pushing with a Vortech S'charger and (possibly) Borla exhaust? I heard 400+ but I know numbers are sometimes jacked up for the simple fact of "making them look better."

I'd like to nickname it the 'Vette Slayer once I get to that point :-)

And I think I know why the Z forum isn't very active, is because only rare talented people own Zs ;-)
