No AC

I need help with my mistubishi galant 2000 i have no ac, compressor is working but won't cycle runs all the time and blows hot air, freon is ok full charge anyone can help me?

did you ever figure this out? have the same problem on in-laws 04 .

If those are indeed the facts then I'd think there was a problem under the dash like a broken or stuck blend door.
