2001 Jetta check coolant warning light

Just got a 2001 Jetta .. and is giving me a check coolant level warning light. How do i check it? Is the round canister just the overflow?


on a scale of 1 to 10, how difficult is it to change the spark plugs on it ?

Any help would be greatly appreciated !
