oil pump

I have a 93 1500 with 123,000 miles and I`m experiencing very fluctuating pressure when im not on the gas or at idle it stays at or below 20 also the truck has no acceleration anymore? what could this be? just the oil pump or something much worst?


any suggestions appreciated

Could be 2 problems, check the oil pressure with a seperate accurate oil pressure gage tapped into the oil sending port.
