Please Help

Well my sister just called me that her rental car was bumped into but just the other cars paint rubbed off on her car. What can she use to get the pain off? She said there is no damage just some white paint. Could she use some paint thinner?

BUFF it as get some wax and just buff it out? Will this remove the paint on it?

when that happened to my moms car(just a paint transfer) all they did was buff it out at the paint shop..i dont know how to do it personally but thats all they said they did at the shop and you cant even tell

if it is on there good, do a wet sand and buff it, then the bumper will probly be sineyer than the whole car,lol
