Pulsating Brakes Part 2

I know the brakes pulsate on abs but on my 2000 se 3.1 v6 it seems to be doing it everytime i depress the brake pedal. When i leave my house in the morning and stop at the 1st stop sign it doesn't do it, but when i stop at the next one it starts b-b-b-b-b-b! its not slick out either. like i said before all new brakes in front. Its started doing it 1 month before i changed the brakes but its still doing it?:banghead:

When you did the brakes, did you torque the lug nuts to spec (100 ft/lbs) with a torque wrench? If not, the uneven clamping force created by uneven lug nut torque will allow the metal of the rotors to expand unevenly, causing the rotors to distort (especially after a few heat cycles) warping the new rotors causing the same pulsation you had before.
