turbo rebuild

my turbo is blown and i just want to kno if i should buy a rebuild kit. i just rebuilt it before i put it in my car which wasnt to long ago, and then i let my brother drive it while i was at college and i come back and its leakin oil. should i replace everythin or just the rings?
