Heater not working (94)

It is a 94 concord with a 3.3..
The heater is not working.......just blows cold air. now i did disconect the Ac compressor because it was locking up.. but that was on a separate V-Belt...But i can't see that having anything to do with it.. This car was given to me by my inlaws and they don't know if the heater was not working before.
Anybody have any ideas?
