clutch disengagement problems

I just got done replacing the input shaft bearing in my 91 civic dx, Everythings back together but having trouble with the clutch disengaging...I think??...
when i put the car in gear with the clutch pushed in..the car acts like its locked in gear and wont move even if im on an incline...if i take it out of gear the car will start rolling??? whats wrong????
