92 voyager

i have a 92 voyager auto trans 3.0 motor, problem i am having is vehicle stalls when i let off gas pedal, i disconnected vacume plug on intake plenium and it solved the stalling problem but now failing emmisions with high hydro carbons, have done tuneup and set timing but still have stalling problem when vacume plug is in, any help on this will be appreciated!

Sounds like you have a bad idle air control motor on the throttle body.
