pull the door panel and replace the speaker, or pull the radio* and inspect the wires.
*you need a ford radio removal kit

speaker most likely crapped out. going to have to replace it. its pretty simple to replace, but if you cant or dont want to mess with removing the door panel then id say a shop could do it for oh $20 or a bit more, without the cost of speakers. i replaced all of mine with pioneer 3-ways specifically made for fords. fits great sounds good now.
oh and about pulling the factory radio out, you just need a din removal tool. pick one up almost anywhere. just 2 long u shaped metal tools.

well.. i ended up gettin new speakers and put them in, and the right side STILL didn't work.
i heard it's cause the wires or something...
i dont know
what else do you think it could be if i dont need new speakers?

the wires, or the head unit itself.
